Samsung is working on the next-generation Galaxy A phone aka the Galaxy A5 (2018). The smartphone will be launched next year, and so far from the leaked details it seems that this phone could be poor man's Galaxy S8. The latest leak about the phone comes from FCC website in the US where the Galaxy A has been reportedly certified as part of regulatory approvals before its launch. Earlier, we heard that the Galaxy A5 next year will come with an Infinity Display similar to what Samsung has put in flagship Galaxy S8 and Galaxy Note 8 phones. Ahead of the official announcement, the Galaxy A5 has been subjected to several leaks and rumours. A leak from last week hinted at Galaxy S8 and Note 8-like infinity display for the A5 (2018). Samsung note 8 will be launched in August!!!

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 could be here in just two months time, according to South Korean news website The Bell. Citing Samsung Electronics, The Bell states that the new flagship phablet may launch in mid-August, the same period that the Galaxy Note 7 was released in last year (August 19). The Galaxy Note phones have traditionally been unveiled at the IFA conference in Berlin, which takes place in September, until last year’s Note 7 bucked the trend. Last year’s Galaxy Note 7 was recalled twice before being canceled following battery problems, and it was speculated that Samsung delayed the Galaxy S8 release earlier this year for quality assurance purposes. However, The Bell claims that Samsung has decided to “accelerate the launch of the Galaxy Note 8,” to get a head-start on the upcoming Apple iPhone 8 range. Nokia is slowly starting to roll out its Android smartphones, Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 (announced at MWC 2017) in select international markets. While the devices are expected to reach most markets by the end of next month, the company seems to have commenced work on its next batch of smartphones, including a flagship device. Nokia-licensee, HMD Global is reportedly planning to launch 6-7 smartphones running the latest version of Android this year. Last week, a leaked video showed two unannounced Nokia smartphones, with one of them featuring a dual-rear camera. Now frandroid.com has gotten their hands on a yet-to-launch device tipped to be called the Nokia 9. The pictures suggest the handset is placed in an enclosure that prevents the design from being leaked in public, but it confirms the presence of a 3.5mm audio jack and a USB-C port.
